Shine a lot and the vine on the pin is excellent... so they don't get lost.

I recommend it
Now to screwbacks. Screwbacks never fall off get lost or slip away when shampooing. They are however an effort to put on. Ideally have someone screw them on for you. Otherwise a bit of patience and your earnings will be secure and safe. I haven't found any shortcuts. Once the hole is located it just a matter of screwing it on. That being said I won't wear anything but a screw back. It also gives you more control of how the earing sits upon your ear. So that's the story.
